Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping time refers to the period after an order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center to its destination.

  • Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–4 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier operations.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and selected international destinations.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders of $60.00 USD or more

  • Standard Shipping: $10.00 USD (orders below $60.00 USD)

  • Expedited Shipping: $15.00 USD

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Buildadv is not responsible for items damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We recommend retaining all packaging materials and damaged items until the claim process is completed.
